Staying in a resort is by far my favorite way to vacation. Everything you could possibly want is within 2 minutes. Resorts always seem to the best of everything. The best pools, the best spas and the best service. Most resorts in Cabo have fabulous restaurants with menus that include Seafood, Authentic Mexican style dishes and yes, regular American food. Many of the resorts can be found along the Tourist Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Along the the Tourist Corridor you can also find 6 championship golf courses, many white sand beaches and the most luxurious resorts in the area. The Tourist Corridor is 18 miles long and connects the two towns. It is said to be the playground where the desert disappears into the sea. It is also where the Sea of Cortez, meets the Pacific Ocean.
Some of the more popular resorts along the corridor are Dreams Los Cabos resort which boosts three swimming pools, two with swim up bars, a full-service spa and fitness center and two outstanding restaurants. Another pretty popular resort is the Fiesta Americana Grande Los Cabos, which has preferential access to the championship Ocean Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Every room there has an incredible view of the Sea of Cortez. The Fiesta also offers many areas that area perfect for whale watching.
